Eliza Maynes only wiggled a carrot at me for 2 years while taking my lawsuit against the crown and sheriff Behiels. She moved no finger to progress my lawsuit, wasting 2 years of my life while struggling with medical and financial and personal issues. She never requested my medical file from my team of medical professionals, she never spent a penny to hire experts she promised. She allowed the crown to harrass me by being questioned by them when improperly defending sheriff Behiels in his personal lawsuit against myself while the crown had no involvement. She improperly takes credit for winning my appeal, while she was unable to tell Justice Greckol the evidence without my help during the hearing. She would have lost my appeal if I was not right there to show her where to look in the transcripts. My appeal was successful due to the hard work of my trial lawyer , Yavar Hameed , whose submissions and cross-examination of the sheriff was presented in the appeal.

Ms Maynes was always very respectful and would listen to what I had to say. She really fought for me, which made a big difference. I will always go back to her for any legal issues I might have. She's the best!

Mrs. Maynes is probably the top female litigator in Alberta right now. She represented me and did an excellent job and was successful. I highly recommend her. She gets huge payouts for clients!!!

This lawyer has no money to take personal injury cases . She attracted us as clients from the other injury Law office she worked at . She kept us in limbo for years while seriously injured and we found out she had no money to even pay the transfer of our file . Now we are in the situation to look for another lawyer after suffering all these years . Don’t hire her if you are injured . She will do nothing because she has no resources
