Very poor knowledge of CFS law. Works for the interest of the Government not yours. Run far from this lawyer. He is in Real Estate, Crim Law and CFS Law? Wow! His knowledge of the law is sad and unnerving. Very unprofessional lawyer with low legal acumen and questionable ethics.

Very disappointed that this lawyer was not able to tell us what documents may be required to complete the sale of our house EVEN when I deliberately asked him well in advance of the sale. This negligence has caused an unnecessary delay in the transaction. The new owner has moved in and we are still waiting for the money. He also added numerous extra charges that I also asked about before we hired him. I feel that we were deceived about the costs and about his competence.
