Ian is a very good lawyer. He is very practical and will understand your case very well. While a senior lawyer on the case tells you what needs to be done, Ian was very good at explaining all the options and explaining why a certain option is best and the reasoning behind it. This is what Ian is very good at (explaining). Ian will do his best to keep you out of court and achieve the best settlement for you. He is very polite and respectful, it was a pleasure and tremendous positive influence on my case. If you work with Ian always ask him "why", why should I do this, what is next, what are my options? What steps could the other party take now? He will explain everything very well and you will be confident about the direction your case is taking. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. He will find the right words to convince and steer the other party to get you the best settlement.

I want to thank Ian and Israel for helping me through a very difficult divorce. Ian was my primary contact, and I always knew exactly what was going on with my file, which was very comforting. My ex husband was difficult to say the least, and they were able to settle my entire file at the first court date. After the bad experience I had with my previous lawyer, I can not convey in words how much better working with Ian and Israel was.
