My mother died May 5, 2009. My brother is liquidator of the estate and refused to give me a copy of the will. Since I lived in San Diego, California, I hired Sylvie Proulx to obtain said will. She did obtain the will and billed me legal fees accordingly. She gave a copy of the will that I paid for to the liquidator's attorney; the liquidator had signed a Bill of Sale for my mother's duplex shortly after his mother's death without having done the "recherches testamentaires". In September 2009 Sylvie Proulx made me fly to Montreal to sign a Motion to Remove a Liquidator to be filed in Montreal Superior Court which I did at the cost of 500$ for a plane fare. October 2009, Sylvie Proulx told me that the sale of my mother's duplex in Montreal had been finalized in front of a Monteal notary. The filing of the Motion was postponed to beginning of year 2010. I termined her services beginning of January 2010. did not represent me. BEWARE OF HER!
