Carlock is one of the most incompetent lawyers around. The least of which he did was to release my private and protected information to the public. Run from this lawyer!

After posting the above review of Mr. Carlock, he promptly sent me a very threatening and intimidating cease and desist letter that stated I could be sued if I didn't remove my review immediately. Unfortunately for Mr. Carlock, the truth is its own defense... and we live Texas! Mr. Carlock, you may want to google 'Anti-SLAPP laws in Texas' before your next letter.
For those still reading, I encourage you to google Mark Mills vs David Carlock. I wonder when something changes from being an 'accident' to a 'tactic'.
