Continual underhanded and dishonest lawyer actions throughout our QB Family Court process, adding to lost parenting time/financial cost/stress to all parties involved. Zero integrity or professionalism with this individual. Failed to provide requested documentation when required by the Courts, last minute solo Court applications to cover up and misdirect documents, day-before communications and purposefully delayed faxes between open and honest opposing lawyer, stalling and diversion tactics utilized during litigation to effectively avoid resolving priority docket matters and when ordered by the Justice to return to Court to resolve previous outstanding issues this lawyer was directly involved with, failed to assist. If you have no factual or useful evidence to support your case and its heading to trial, Sam Rollans skills and strategies may be what you are looking for. Breaks my heart to know lawyers like this are operating in the system.
