I hope her new child does not have to go through the suffering she's put our children through. It's unfortunate that a child will be raised by such a horrible "FAMILY" professional. She has not concern for your children. DO NOT HIRE HER. Especially when she get back from Maternity leave. Unless you believe in making your ex suffer at the expense of your children.

P.S. Ms. Warren, Welcome to the team! Are you taking notes on Ms. Palmer’s pattern of disagreeing without reason? This is also referred to as being unreasonable and is a requirement to handle X’s case under the ‘maximum harassment’ service she purchased. It costs more then X will receive in lifetime support payments and will put your billables through the roof.
The key words to include in your communication are ‘DO’, ‘NOT’ and ‘AGREE.’ To get it right though please ensure you do not provide a reason thereafter. You can occasionally include a baseless accusation. You may also encourage X to probe the children and claim that it was a disclosure from the children. Don’t worry about the children, if X will probe them it’s not your concern. The added benefit is that this has a traumatic effect on the opposing party which ensures a long drawn out case full of billables.

Responsive and communicative, she worked on my case (special expenses, spousal support) with a senior associate. She is clearly a caring person try to establish her career. However, she communicated poorly about the timing, cost, and the actual strength of our case just to keep me as a client when I just wanted someone to be honest with me.

Somewhat green -- recently out of law school -- for complex family law cases. Would do well in another area of law, or with more experience. She conducted research and compiled case laws but the ones chosen were not relevant to our case.
