This is the most incompetent , cold, cruel, heartless lawyer I have ever came in contact with. I had mountains of evidence to contradict the opposing parties claims. The father of my son had been alienating me from him for 9 months now and blocking access in any way. I have no record of abuse, neglect, drug or alcohol issues or anything. There is no reason for his claims. My lawyer had me collect all this evidence , including flying across the country and did not submit any of it or argue any of it and sat their during JDR and said nothing whatsoever to get me access to my son that is being blocked from me for over 9 months now. My son is autistic and is being mentally abused and she has told me none of it matters. She basically looked at me like I'm the liar the whole time . She is very cold and does not take the time to understand the background, urgency or severity of the situation and does not advocate for her client and gets bullied into submission by opposing counsel.
