Divorce for a couple, both over 67 yrs. of age, married 10 years/no children. CASH paid $18,850.00 and then Gunnstaks “took” $25,054.75 from IOLTA TRUST (I HAVE EMAIL FROM GUNNSTAKS THAT STATES HE WOULD NOT DO THIS, BUT HE DID!) when his statements were in DISPUTE & NOT RESOLVED (RULES OF IOLTA ACCOUNT: THIS CAN NOT BE DONE, IT HAS TO GO "BEFORE A JUDGE IF NOT RESOLVED! ATTORNEY CAN NOT DECIDE DISPUTE IS RESOLVED!") and there were no in-person court appearances or mediations - time frame August- Dec 4, 2017 finalizing divorce decree - averaging $6,236.87 a month! He was being asked to be held accountable for his lack of representation (ie: appearing at two mediations with nothing prepared!) and unprofessional conduct. He is quoted on his Facebook page: C. Luke Gunnstaks: "MONEY talks!" (FB photo attached) My OPINION...MONEY is the ONE and ONLY important thing to him...
GRAND TOTAL: $43,904.00.
