Gilbertson Davis LLP are reasonably knowledgeable, but their goal appears to be maximizing their billings. Helping their client seems to be a very distant consideration.
I dealt with Andrew Ottaway, and his customer service was poor. I have no problem paying a very high rate for expert advice, as good advice is typically expensive, however in this case, while the hourly rate was not that high, I feel that the number of hours billed was excessive.
