My experience is terrible. He was supposed to defend me against being subjected against killer mold and the next thing I knew, someone paraded like a peacock bragging he got to carry the 'envelope' to him and that he really went to bat for the offending party. This is my experience. The killer mold evidence is still very much intact. This is my opinion - I would not ever recommend him.

Chris comes across as very friendly at first. What shocked me most dealing with him is his willingness to do anything for a condo corporation, just to get paid, including sending meaningless letters with no legal merit whatsoever. He even sent a letter of pure intimidation without reviewing any background information related to the matter. Chris just cares about padding his wallet. Do not be fooled by his disingenuous friendliness. Unethical Lawyer that I wish we never retained. I am hopeful I will convince fellow board members at my condo corporation to fire Chris and retain an ethical lawyer.
