Very pleasant to work with. Ms Gonçalves listened attentively, offered suggestions to make the process go easier, outlined possible challenges to the documents in a very caring way that centered me and my wishes. Very reapectful, and documents were completed in a timely manner. And her fees were very reasonable. Would recommend with no hesitation.
