Unfortunately when you go to a lawyer you assume that they will be an expert in their field. This was not the case at all with Dylan McGuinty JR. He was unsure of his guidance, one day he would state one piece of guidance and the next day it would change. I often got the feeling he would check in with another lawyer for advice. A simple application for Executorship took 6 months and a huge bill. I am very disappointed and feel let down and I have no confidence that the guidance I received was correct. Although I now have a piece of paper granting executorship I have no idea what the next steps are for. I would absolutely not recommend this lawyer.
