He should be able to answer basic questions about property taxes, transfer tax etc,; however he is unable. When he’s questioned directly, he gets flustered stammers yells and then proceeds to kick people out of his office. Incredibly unprofessional. The secretaries are the ones who are the lawyers at this office.
