So unless you have a ton of cash or a very high limit credit card avoid. My son Had Melody and for an in person 15 min visit cost was 5K with no other personal follow up. She's also retiring and just wondering if she took advantage of my son so she could have retirement funds. Just pathetic, I have never seen anything like this. Look at her other reviews before you do anything Please

Run, do not walk, run from Melody. Unless you have precious time and money to waste. I ignored the bad reviews and decided to meet with her anyway. I went ahead and contacted her for a child custody/separation agreement. She seemed nice enough and assured me that she could and would handle everything, so I took the bait. From my experience, I rarely got the answers to questions I was looking for and if i did, they were vague and left me even more confused. I was basically stuck doing her work by myself. She also cancelled calls (family emergencies at 8pm the day before a long weekend - wether it’s true, who knows - just seemed at little convenient) or would tell me that it’s not necessary to speak when I wanted to arrange a zoom meeting to gain clarification on certain things. She also flat out told me that she didn’t have time to read some of my emails because she had a court case to tend to. I’m pretty sure I was paying her to answer my questions. Horrible lawyer. Please avoid. She’s only after clients’ money. Save yourself. When I used her services her name was Melody Loubert- see those reviews. Just collects your money.

Awful. Please avoid at all costs. I now wonder if this is why she changed her name. Look up Melody Loubert and you will find more of the same. I can't believe she works for Rasmussen Starr Ruddy, what I thought was a good firm. I have used them in the past and will never use them again as long as she is there. You couldn't get away with half of what she does in ANY other profession. I might go public with my story. But am considering all other legal options first.

Useless. Clueless. Heartless. Cold. She will take you for every penny you have and do nothing for you. Don't use her even if she is a last resort. You're better off representing yourself.

Here she is hiding under her new name, (search: Melody Loubert for those who want to check ou the other horrific ratings she has garnered.) You will undoubtedly see this page fill up with the worst reviews imaginable for this despicable, cold and discompassionate so-called lawyer. Fair warning: Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. She will rob you blind and do nothing for you but ruin you.
