I hired Erin to handle my constructive dismissal claim, and I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer! My former employer created an intolerable situation, and I needed help dealing with it.
Erin was amazing because she zeroed in on what was important to me and why I thought my contract had been breached, she assured me I had rights, and most importantly she believed in me.
I wasn't familiar with legal proceedings and she took the time to explain complex employment laws clearly, making it relatable. I felt completely supported and knew I was in the hands of someone who genuinely cared about getting me justice. She was very responsive even during her own difficult personal time and never let up. She was my lighthouse in a storm and was absolutely amazing!!! I highly recommend her, she is absolutely worth it!!!

I had a good experience with Erin Buchner. She listened, was knowledgeable and most importantly, was realistic. She was honest. She made sure I understood the challenges and limitations of both my case and the legal system. She communicated with me in a timely manner. She managed my expectations. She was feisty and funny. She was diplomatic and kept her cool. She was also tough, when necessary, and held her own with other lawyers and people twice her age. Erin was always very professional. Her staff were helpful, kind and respectful. I am glad I chose Erin Buchner to represent me.

First of all, this lawyer lied to me about their fees and tried to charge me significantly more than she told me the cost would be. When I complained, she became extremely rude. Even worse, however, is the fact that in exchange for my money she gave me terrible legal advice that resulted in my situation being worse off for having hired her.
