Mr. Wowk will make you feel comfortable, as if you made the right choice, at the first meeting. All of my court dates were adjourned. One of my files, He made me feel pressured to agree to a consent order that not only made me uncomfortable, but my children as well. I finally fired him after he cost me over $8000 and got me nowhere. There was even a suggestion that an adult my children feel unsafe around be the supervisor on a visit with someone my children are terrified of. He adjourned me all the way to trial with an easily won case, I arrived at trial self represented and won my case through and through. Had I fired him sooner, or avoided him all together, my children would not be forced to speak and see someone they are extremely fearful of. I now have more work ahead of me to undo what Wowk made me feel pressured to agree to. Wowk made me feel threatened when I tried to fire him, I spent an entire hour emailing back and forth before he finally let me release him as my lawyer.
