When I spoke with Mr. McConnell, I liked him immediately: he has calm professionalism that I really like. He gave clear, precise instructions, and always provided excellent, honest advice in a very timely manner.

Justin helped me face a really bad situation. I found he explained things clearly and took time to make sure I knew what my options were and what the next steps were. His legal rate seemed fair. He would respond to my emails that day and most times within an hour or so. I would recommend him.
