His tenacity is to email and call you as much as he can to bill you worthless hours. I felt scammed being billed $ 13,000.00 dollars and settling my own case with my HOA at a meeting he had no interest in attending. Only had him the last 4 months of my ordeal.. in that time I only saw him 2 times to hand over more money to him. At the end he tagged onto his bill a fast $5,000. Which I refuse to pay. That was 3 years ago and he still has bill chasers coming after me.
