I do not recommend Emily Carroll at all, she doesn’t prioritize your case in any way. She doesn’t communicate with you about your case when you call or email. Her assistant/co workers say one thing about your case then she says another. You’d be better off representing yourself then using Emily as your lawyer.

Emily Carroll, her clerk Amber Scott, and the entire team at MGD LLP was amazing. They really assisted me in my time of need and got the job done. I cannot say enough positive things about the firm. I would highly recommend calling them for any family law issue you are facing.

Emily was no help at all. She always claimed to be too busy and given 3 weeks to prepare for court, she was unprepared. She was rude, inattentive and no help at all. I would not advise anyone to employ Emil Carroll.

Could not stand her voice or her rediculous snake ways. She is unable to function in a mature manor. Was able to resolve better after we completed change of represention
