I was not represented with my best interest in mind. Did not defend me with the mediator. The lawyer that was w/me told me that I would be able to talk to the mediator and that she would go between the insurance co and that we would be able to discuss what was brought up. The mediator did all the talking, and when I would say it's not true, she said it's on record without my seeing the documentation, and they my lawyer and the mediator were constantly attacking me saying that absolutely no slip and fall cases ever win. The mediator explained that ma always snow and that these falls are accountable and that the landlord has no responsibility.
