After him and his lawyer wife purchased a house and after telling a bsmt tenant she could stay a few more weeks, he decided to play dirty and give her 4 days notice to move or he would not close the deal and sue the seller for compensation. His wife shows up to the house acting snotty and at no time does she tell the tenant she had to move. He was fully aware of the stress he was causing. The seller a young girl was in tears and he caused the bsmt tenant sever stress. All because he wanted a few more hundred bucks! This guy and his wife are dirtbags who give their people a bad name. They're the people who will eat steak at the dinner table while the hired help sits at another table eating hamburger. Imagine how his ethics are going to treat you! A complaint has been made against his and his wife's ethics with the Law Society. Total scumbag
