Mr Lintott handled the legal aspects of refinancing my mortgage. He was very limited in his willingness to assist other than the bare minimum. I had to chase his staff down repeatedly to get the most simple of tasks completed. Estimates were off, when asked for a revised quote the staff did not have information on hand.. it was basically a free for all at my expense. I asked specifically to have my mortgage payment moved to the 1st of the month, they were incompetent, and did not action my request. I had to go to the bank myself to deal with it. Last, the forgot to deposit my remaining disbursements into my accounts. This firm is aweful and you should very much take your business elsewhere.
