Nothing short of incompetent. Wouldn’t call her a lawyer of anything. literally no work ethic, lazy, incompetent, wont admit what she had done wrong and keeps making excuses saying that the fault was the other parties. On closing date, no emails or calls just nothing. Had to contact her and finally got a reply saying that she was waiting for me to contact. Literally the worst lawyer, wont get anything done, paid in full and told us to do it ourselves. Paid an additional amount to get papers done, and ultimately didn't even get it done and have to delay it again. Thos type of service should be fast and easy, straight to the point, but instead it has created lots of stress for all parties while god knows what the hell she is doing with her time. Would not recommend this Lawyer to anyone, and would actually recommend to report this lawyer for faulty services to the lawyer society complaint Very shady people to do business with.

I had a great experience being represented by She is empathetic and caring. Ms. Crossley was super attentive to details and her tenacity is commendable m. l was quite satisfied with how she handled my matter in court and we had amazing results.

I used her once for one of my conferences in a family case. She had no clue what she was doing. She was very disrespectful to the other party which made negotiations regress back from even the progress I had made without her. I had another lawyer before whom I was paying a lot for and it was a financially stressful situation. But hiring her even for that day makes me feel like you get what you pay for. She has only fought immigration cases, the kind even a monkey can do. So I am not sure why she made me feel like she knows anything about family law. I thought she had done complicated immigration cases but only later after her 'performance' at the conference did I look her up properly. And turns out she has only taken dummy cases where the person could have easily done it themselves but maybe were not confident for some reason. She gouged them just for money. My loss is hopefully your gain.
