Unanswered emails, unanswered phone calls, charged double what was originally discussed and she was quite honestly out lawyered during court sessions. Did not use evidence she was provided. She quit mid case after being paid 20k. There is still a credit balance on the account that she is making me wait for. She had means of getting a hold of me through a release to a relative and chose not to use it. I can not express how abandoned and betrayed I feel right now.

She is fantastic ...above and beyond in all categories! If your dealing w probate you need proper representation! Keri was intricately involved in a real estate transaction that required an estate spanning over the past 20 years and got it done! I can't say enough good things!

Keri Welch took on a complicated transaction that needed title repair. On top of that, we were under serious time constraints or the deal would have fallen apart. She was responsive (even while she was away on vacation) and met our aggressive timeline. Would highly recommend her services.

Horrible Communication I tried multiple timnes to reach her about urgent matter she would respond back every other day or even 2 days. I had to look for another attorney and that wasted even more time on a urgent matter

Lots of money for nothing. Paid twice what she quoted and didn't use advantages she had.
