Ms Bensalem offered good guidance on a real estate transaction. In fact, she brought a different prospective to the issues and potential solutions. She worked in a timely manner. As small office she is busy and does not always communicate directly. But that is to be expected. Her rates are fair. Not as expensive as downtown big firms.

We saw this notary in July 2018. We asked questions that she could not answer, so she promised to get back to us in one week for the answer. We waited patiently the following week, but no we did not get a call or email. Eventually, I decided to call her office and found out that it is closed for two weeks for the construction holiday. So we waited until August 2018. When her office finally opened, we learned that she is on vacation and will only be back on Sept 4. Her secretary told us that Me Bensalem has been informed and will contact us. It now December 9, 2018 and we still have not received any communication from her office. So I decided to rate her in this site.
