I had a positive experience working with Dia, albeit for a short time. She is responsive to communications and will support your position as an advocate while being honest in managing expectations around outcomes. She takes the time to explain things in detail and strives to empower her clients. Her written communication between counsel is always professional and succinct.

Dia is condescending, rude, belittles her clients with her exaggerated "knowledge" of family law and how well she represents her clients with "solutions". Dia is a feminist and abuses her male clients with her personal views which leads to your case being clouded by her personal dogma of men and their place in "her" world as a lawyer. She brags about how she keeps her own husband and all males in check, that she is the boss both in and out of the courtroom. She should go back the the US and restart her "career" as a lawyer. Do not retain this woman unless you like being abused mentally and financially.

Motivated. Intense. Crass. Blames lack of communication skills and rudeness on being American (U.S.). Found to hold strong misandrist ideals vs feminist ones - which sabotage communications at times via their microaggressions - especially with male clients, peers, and even judges. Would never hire again. I recommend avoiding Montgomery Law.

This "lawyer" "represented" my daughter. well, if you include verbal abuse in representation. This woman is an elitist nightmare who clearly has mental health issues. anyone who conducts themselves this unprofessionally cannot be of sound mind. I have worked with lawyers for many years and i have NEVER heard such a verbally abusive so called professional in my life. A total nightmare. Stay away!

This lawyer is very good at fooling her clients into thinking she knows what she is talking about. You cannot question her on anything that you feel is an honest concern. You get what you pay for and that is not much.
