Simply outstanding, always answered my questions whether they were intelligent or not, Karey was patient, professional and was available when I needed to speak with her. I felt that I had someone in my corner and was confident in her ability to attain the results to settle the matter successfully. Never once was I made to feel that I didn’t matter or she was too busy to speak with me. It was a difficult time for me and Karey was very empathetic with the situation I was in.
