Dan Travostino breached contract: Failed to pursue felony perjury charges, timely resolution of an eviction, collection of fees awarded. Plotted to delay eviction, avoid penalties and lawyer’s fees. Double billing, inaccurate documents, charges from another person’s case. Charged for disallowed lengthy phone calls with tenant. Not informing of offered payment plan. Inaccurate presentation of facts resulting in a counter suit. Failed to provide requested documents and respond to questions asked. He told us we would have to go through a process server at significant cost (rather his going through tenant's lawyer, Sam Moore). Refusal to accept $5,000 attorneys fees agreed upon in court. Extorting added fees. Colluded with tenant’s attorney, giving tenant time to disappear and avoid payment. Charged garnishment and cancellation. Mr. Travostino did not work with integrity and ethical behavoir. Lengthy vacations. Refused expert witnesses and documentation. Billings never accurate/complete.
