He doesn't return phone calls or emails in a timely fashion, or not at all. He doesn't seem to care about settling my case. It's been over two years and a lot of frustration on my part and still my case is far from settling. It's not even a complicated divorce. No minor kids, or many assets... just spousal support. I feel as though I'm being taken for a very expensive long ride.
