Worst Lawyer.. did the closing on my property end of 2020. Having an issue with unpaid property tax from previous owner. Mr. Walliani will not return my calls. Cant file Title Insurance as they say there is no Title Insurance on the property, but I paid him $1,500 for Title Insurance on closing. This man has literally disappeared. Do not use him !!

Mr. Waliani went out of his way to do a last minute closing for me. He prepared my file and met with me on the same day, during the holiday season in order to get it done. He is very practical and hard-working for his clients.

I have known Mr. Waliani for a while and used his services on several different occasions. When I had a car accident, he settled my claim for me. He also closed my house purchase, and advised me on a separation agreement when I separated from my husband. He is always knowledgeable, effective, and great to work with.

I wish the hell now I didn't use this useless firm reading comments yes they do not return calls nor texts I have a form to fill out try calling them over two months now no call back I agree with others ashaky firm believe they don't even exist Jacob is so untrustworthy in all he does I'm in the process of fire them and a new lawyer already in contact with me this case is a minor one which should of been settled two years ago not happy at all

I retained Mr. Waliani to handle my family law case and he delivered above and beyond my expectations. I had a nasty divorce with my ex and my previous lawyer dragged the case on for 2.5 years with no results. I retained Mr. Waliani and within six months we closed the case. He brought 3 motions within 6 months and we won every single one of them. He never harassed me for payments, unlike my previous lawyer and delivered what he promised. I am so glad I chose Mr. Waliani not only I got to keep my house and got full custody of my kids, he also forced my ex husband to go through FRO to pay all the child and spousal support. I wish more lawyers were as honest as diligent as him. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a family lawyer.

I paid this lawyer $2,500 to submit paperwork for me. It took 8 months to fill out a few forms. And I still don’t know if the forms have been submitted. He won’t return my phone calls. When I requested my money back he said he would call me right back and I’ve never heard from him again. I’ve tried to contact every way possible.. but this lawyer is a snake and a scumbag. DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY.
