I had him represent me in front of the Regie de Logement. There were a couple of documents I knew the landlord would want to present and asked Julien to prepare for them. He refused to, saying the tribunal would not accept those documents. The landlord presented those documents, the tribunal accepted them, and Julien was at a loss to respond. We lost the case for that reason. Julien admitted there were grounds for appeal, but refused to do so. I may end up getting evicted due to his incompetence.

Good lawyer. Not cheap, but not too expensive, and he got the job done. The limited and gratis post-case support was also helpful and very much appreciated.

Julien is an excellent lawyer; he is extremely knowledgeable on tenants' rights and I appreciate that he always thinks before he speaks. Though completely overworked, he is clearly dedicated to your case. Also is very personable - highly recommend him to defend your rights.

Mtr Delangie has done some work for me, as well as a couple of acquaintances. I've heard nothing but good things from people he's represented, and as for me: I found him to be dedicated, smart, and a good litigator in a courtroom. And he'll tell you how your case stands, without exaggerating your chances. But he'll be a dogged advocate if your case has merit. He's also an agreeable guy to deal with, and straightforward - sometimes honest lawyers tell you what you don't want to hear, even if it hurts their own bottom line.

Extrêmement désagréable. Il est condescendant, sang-froid et irrespectueux. Il n'a aucune affaire à travailler avec des personnes vulnérables et qui ont besoin d'aide. Il les intimide et les fait se sentir plus mal. Une perte de temps totale. Vous vous sentez plus mal qu'avant.
