I had 4 charges regarding DUI. I was found not guilty of all counts. Due to extra efforts and skillful planning. With tenacity and strategically applied experience the over 80 charge was removed before trial. Peter skillfully present case histories and past Judge decisions regarding my prosecution. He prepared me for the traps the prosecutor would lead me towards and gave me confidence thru my testimony and cross examination. Peter Cross examined the testimonies of others with perspective and purpose. His methods of raising doubt and proving exaggeration as well as negligence won my freedom. Had Peter been the prosecution I would not be residing at home today. While in the court room hallways Peter provided help to other Lawyers giving them council and references.
