Demand EVERYTHING in writing - She's pleasant enough, but she completely and knowingly destroyed me financially when the bills started coming in. Knowing the situation I was in, I'd hoped for some transparency and understanding. What I got was overcharged and under-serviced. Don't expect any human kindness... you won't find it here.
