I had the pleasure of working with Melinda on my prenuptial agreement. The whole process was simple and professional. She always followed up and we were able to communicate in person, email, and over the phone. She made sure the daft was fair and compliant while taking into consideration my personal assets and future estate options. Would definitely recommend Melinda.

Although she she enjoys stating the rules of Family law, she does not support or represent me at all. We came up with 'game-plans' for the now 3 4-way meetings and nothing has ever gotten resolved, nor do we follow the game plan we agreed to. She will agree with my ex's lawyer and will go by whatever he says to do. I asked her to draft up a divorce agreement and she refused to. I paid her retainer and she has not applied it to any of the invoices that I have received which is now almost reaching $16,000 ... this all for no answers, results or explanations. I am now in the process of firing her, and will go so far as to seek advice or send a complaint to the Law Society of BC for her incompetency. I do not recommend this lawyer for divorce matters at all.
