Did mostly well representing me against FACS Niagara but failed to follow through properly to last step or refraining order my boy and I needed against FACS and sins father. Retargetted due to her lack of help in that, set up to fail again as my boy struggled with PTSD with dissassociation and was victimized against me while home to help FACS arrest me to get custody to a deadbeat in UK wanting to use son as a weapon against me like FACS is doing, to gain money while avoiding his 11 years arrears being enforced in the UK via FRO here, Vivian played ping pong stating and charging double retainer fee after knowing I lost my home and too much money due to Discrimination alone by FACS, she made me relocate costing me debts due to rent and mortgage before I sold my home, assured compensation as last step failed to do so, ignored my calls+emails.Went from stating she'd represent me having all the evidence, turned down other lawyers I found instead, then 4 months later admits she did nothing.

Vivian is responsive, decisive and determined. She successfully handled my case by using extensive requests for disclosure. This allowed us access to the documents we needed to force a settlement. She gave me good advice including "don't you dare settle, not yet!" and kept me well informed of the process. Would use her again, have already recommended her to others.
