Colin took over the practice of my original lawyer when he retired. This was part way through a very difficult decades long divorce. He saw the job through to settlement and has been my lawyer on subsequent dealings with my ex. He has proven to be tenacious (doesnt push the quick easy way out). He does his best to reduce costs. He does not bulls$%^t about possible outcomes. When I need lawyering he is my first call.

Colin navigated me through an unpleasant separation with expertise and confidence. Because of his skillful negotiating, the whole process was completed quickly to everyone's satisfaction. Bonus: he's also a warm and friendly guy!

When I separated from my ex and wanted to know what my rights were. Colin step right up to the plate and was completely honest with me. He created the best agreement for me and took the time to explain everything. He responded quickly to my requests. I would recommend Colin and his team to help anyone with their issues with family law.

I was very happy with the work that Colin and his staff did for me. It was a very upsetting ,and confusing time but Colin took his time to talk and explain things to me. He was always easy to contact with questions and very prompt to make appointments or just a simple phone call with an answer. I have recommended him to numerous people , but I hope I never have to use him again , but I would without a doubt if needed.

I retained Colins services regarding a custody issue with my ex. His knowledge of family law and compassion were paramount to getting me through such a stressful time. What started with my ex's lawyer calling an emergency hearing before a judge ended with them "giving up" within days. Needless to say my case was won. I have and will continue to refer others to Colin, as well as retain him acain myself if needed.
