Ms.Fabbro has acted as my attorney in 2 divorces in the last 25 years. The second one being very complex due to very complex business holdings. Ms Fabbro is a straightshooter who will tell you exactly what the reality is. She has decades of experience so there is no learning curve for her that you may have with less experienced attorneys.
She has a great associate and team who are also a pleasure to deal with.
Ms. Fabbro is a very highly respected mediator and brings that skill set to finding the fairest deal she can for you.
I would not hesitate to recommend her especially where there is an estate involving significant assets.

I highly recommend Stephanie Fabbro and her coworkers at Hamilton Fabbro. Stephanie’s knowledge and expertise in the area of separation and divorce law is exceptional. She was extremely patient and caring. Stephanie made the hellish experience of getting separated as smooth and easy for me as possible. She promptly replied to my questions and patiently explained every step of the separation process. She took the time to listen to my situation and requests. I truly do not know how I would haven’t gotten through the last 7 months with her guidance and understanding. I 100% recommend Stephanie Fabbro!

I'm so grateful that I went to Hamilton Fabbro for my divorce, and was represented by Stephanie Fabbro. She got me through my divorce in more ways than one. She's amazing. For me, I felt like I could relax, because I had a lawyer who was smart as a whip, strong, communicates well, can listen even when I was emotional and not always shall we say completely rational. But she always listened, and paid attention to what I wanted, what my priorities were, etc. I think she's the whole package: great skills as a lawyer, but also compassionate, warm and personable. This is some years ago for me, but sure she's still amazing at what she does.

It is not an overstatement to claim that Stephanie Fabbro is the difference that made all the difference in our successful mediation. Without her loving expertise — yes, I said loving — we would’ve been off to court. Beyond her obvious intellect and vast knowledge of her profession, she is wise. Amazing Experience!!
I would like to thank Stephanie Fabbro and her staff for handling my divorce. Her whole office was polite and professional. I feel I received a great settlement through mediation and without Stephanie I know the out come would have been very different. I had three different lawyers from two different firms on my case before Stephanie came into the picture. In a day and a half she accomplished more than the other lawyers had in three and a half years. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Stephanie or her firm to anyone looking for a divorce lawyer.

Terrible experience. Ms. Fabbro is warm and easy to talk to and got to know me but then used my weaknesses and mind games against me to 'close the deal' under high pressure. She cares about her track record for closing deals. I was kept alone in a separate room not allowed to participate in negotiations. My ex and I were sold different versions of the settlement arriving at the same numbers (apparently this is not uncommon but it sets up a lifetime of misunderstanding and resentment). I was not aware until after that she let my ex's lawyer type changes in part of the agreement that had previously been decided. Emotionally and financially the single biggest mistake of my life. I have since learned that mediation regret is very common. I regret putting myself in a high pressure situation for the biggest decision of my life and I resent the process set up by Ms. Fabbro.
