He was highly recommended but I had misgivings at the $250 consultation. He was cold & asked no questions, but told me he was qualified to charge $450/hr & could handle my & my son's legal issues. I had decided not to hire him, but another attorney recommended him, and I was out of time as Eric Willie had not informed me of a hearing. After paying, his improper & inappropriate communication was crazy making. When I confronted him about his apparent neglect of a contentious matter of money owed to me, my son's home schedule, and 2 trumped up contempt of court charges filed against me, he responded with irrelevant & rude comments, or he and his asst would just look at their papers. He used his asst as a decoy. He made legal actions w/out notifying me then lied to the state bar about it. He violated the TX Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct in letter and spirit. (google it). Because of his neglect the legal issues my son & I brought to the court were never addressed.
