I emailed Martin with my problem, and he sent the following response:
"I charge $500/hour plus tax, and I cannot see it taking less than two hours for me to formulate, and then for us to discuss, my opinion.
However, because people do not like open-ended billing estimates, I can say that I will do all of the following for a flat fee of $1,000 plus taxes ($1,120 total):
Review all of your materials and answer all your question and give you a way to go. Unfortunately after I paid him 1120$ he only replied half a line. he scammed me. He is the worst lawyer and person I ever know.

There are a lot of good lawyers around, but Martin is on a different level. He is very professional, skilled, experienced and knowledgable. Starting from the very first call I knew I was in good hands. Martin guided me throughout the process and always made himself available to answer my questions and address my concerns. His negotiation style is one of a kind and clearly puts him above most other lawyers.
Last but definitely not least, aside from being a rock-star level lawyer, Martin is a great person. He is very compassionate, sincere, sensitive and tactful.

Martin was exactly the kind of lawyer I needed after being let go of the company I had served for 14 years with no notice. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind & mindful of his clientele. Martin didn't use "legalese" when explaining things to me, he brought it down to my level of understanding without making me feel stupid & he did it with humour which is exactly what I needed to relieve some of the stress losing my job created. I've never met a lawyer with such a great disposition who makes you feel so at ease from the moment you meet him. He was very effective & got me exactly what I wanted from my former employer & it was in a timely fashion.
