Mr. Joseph J. Neal, is very rude and condescending to his clients, he has a does not care attitude. Unprofessional attitude shows in court documents with several errors. Asked him to put important facts in court documents and he refused. Overcharged legal fees since all he did was copy court cases already used. Never researched new court cases relevant to your court case. He uses intimidation for payment on plain white paper no letterhead or invoice. If you retain his legal services and he refers to a winning court case like yours. Ask for the Court Case Number follow up the case before paying retainer as it might not exist. In the matter of public opinion would never refer or recommend Mr. Joseph J. Neal as he is lacks ethics, integrity, very unprofessional and rude. Also very untrustworthy, since he verbally advised I loss the case, without any Judges decision. The Judges stated in the court room they reserved their decision.
