I want to sincerely thank Rohana for her support and dedication in helping me with my emergency motion. After two long years of losing hope, I finally found the courage to retain legal help.
Rohana guided me through every step of the process. She prepared all of the court documents and supporting affidavits with great care and professionalism. Despite delays caused by lack of response from opposing counsel and my ex, Rohana remained patient and positive.
In the end, she successfully won my motion, and I was even awarded costs in the amount of $2000. Most importantly, I now get to spend the holidays and equal time with my child.
This experience was the most stressful and sad time in my life, but Rohana’s compassion and positivity helped me get through it. I am incredibly grateful and would highly recommend her to anyone going through a difficult time

Rohana was wonderful to work with. She fought hard for me and my children. I found her to be very compassionate, kind, competent and knowledgeable. My ex was very difficult to deal with and Rohana always remained professional. The staff at the firm she works for is very friendly and helpful. You actually feel like the firm cares about you. They are very personable and would answer any questions I had which made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend Rohana to any close family members/friends in need of a great lawyer. Thank you for all you did for me and my children. I am forever grateful.

Worst mistake of my life outside of my ex was hiring this lawyer. Completely unprofessional, I would have been better off representing myself. She advised me to breach a court order, and then my ex was granted a costs award as a direct result of her incompetence. Threw me under the bus to save herself. Is not knowledgeable, loses paperwork, lies about completing tasks and paperwork. Is extremely unprofessional regarding phone calls. She could not have been a worse job than she did. We had leave to file a motion and she never filed it even months later (and lied about it). She was paid by legal aid but wanted me to do everything for myself and would rub in my face "Im a legal aid case".

I would highly recommend Rohana to represent you in your family matter. My separation was a very emotional time for me. Rohana made herself available to meet with me in the morning and evening to accommodate my busy work schedule. After my separation my ex spouse withheld access of my children to me. I only saw them once a week for 8 months. Rohana assisted me in drafting my court documents and affidavits. I now have joint and shared custody of my children. Very pleased with the outcome. Thanks!

I highly recommend Rohana Singh at Banasinski and Associates. She was very knowledgeable and kept the cost down, which is very important for somebody like myself who is on a limited income. She assisted me with my Family Law proceeding, which ended in settling the matter and negotiating a very detailed Separation Agreement, which allowed me to have generous access to my kids.

The owner of the firm assigned Rohana to my case. I prepared a detailed summary of the items I want to contest, and it was clear from the start that Rohana did not read or did any preparation. She could not get the basics right. I was billed for "time to get up to speed" at a senior partner rate after we agreed to charge at a lower price. Awful experience and my advice are to stay away.
