I had only 2 experiences with this lawyer. Both times he was representing another party and not me, but on both occasions he made unreasonable assumptions without checking facts. On the first occasion his assumption led to a threatening letter (from him) taped to my front door and the second occasion led to additional carrying costs to me due to unauthorized delays in close of escrow.I would not hire him and I would not recommend him to anyone.
