Heather Malaryk was my lawyer during a collaborative law process for divorce. She was well-versed on current laws and provided me with information regarding what the law dictates and what people tend to do in similar situations. Heather was very supportive during the entire process and was able to diffuse tense situations. The entire process moved fairly quickly as Heather was able to move meetings along while finding agreement between parties. She was flexible in her scheduling and responded quickly to questions or requests. I would highly recommend Heather Malaryk as she made a difficult journey much easier.

Gave me no direction. Did little nothing unless I asked her too. Late with sending letters to opposing counsel. I was not told the time/place of a meeting until I asked about it the night before. When confronted, she basically stopped responding to me until I told her I was done with her.

Will take your money then ghost you. No response ever with emails or phone. Total scam artist, should be disbarred
