If you would like to complicate your real estate transaction with errors, use Carson Law. I unfortunately used this lawyer for my 4th home sale/purchase and I had never had even one issue with his predecessor. It was astounding how many things went wrong in my transactions with Ryan Carson. It fell upon me as the client to point out multiple errors and inaccuracies, which left me with very little confidence in this lawyer and his team.
