This lawyer made up a health condition I didn’t actually have claiming I could get more money. I clearly told him I didn’t want to do that at all but he filed the statement of claim with it. He gets multiple signed consents in advance, never a good idea but after a severe injury you trust a lawyer and believe they are trying to help. Sometimes trust can be misplaced. This blew up in my face. It undermined my custody when I left my husband and cost me most of my settlement in legal fees. I suggest not working with him because his poor legal advice ruined my life. I’m now virtually bankrupt yet I’m permanently unable to work. This is all wrong. Don’t use this firm or lawyer or if you do never give them signed consents just do it as needed. I have repeatedly given chances for the firm to correct this but they’ve done nothing. I’m worse off now than I ever was.
