Ceilidh had tenacity and grit which is what I was looking for when it came to my separation agreement. She was diligent and was always professional. I would recommend!

Ms. Henderson learned the nuances of my case while hiting the ground running and swiftly prepared my court documents. She was firm against the opposition and represented my case very well in court. Through her representation and an unreasonable ex-wife, Ms. Henderson won custody of my 2 children. One of the good ones. I would recommend Ms. Henderson to anyone looking for competent representation and would hire her again.

Took a chance on this lawyer and couldn’t have been more disappointed. Absolutely no professionalism in court. Cannot multi-task more than one case at a time. Ended up leaving this lawyer and hiring someone else to take over to try to clean up her mess.

Ceilidh helped me with my divorce and I honestly don't know how I would have got through it without her. She took the time to listen and explain the legal aspects to me. I felt like she really cared about me and my kids. In the end we reached a settlement out of court which saved me so much time and money. Highly recommend!

This lawyer hounded my friend to remove her rating from this website. She called her house, her cell, her work and left messages. She then found her at work and again harassed her to remove her rating. Extremely unprofessional and a complete lack of confidentiality. Do not hire this lawyer. She thinks that she can say "I'm sorry" and have the impact of what she did in court erased. This lawyer had a very negative impact on my friend's custody case and she tried to push my friend into signing an unfair agreement under duress in court because she (Ceilidh - the lawyer) was hungry! Ceilidh's 'apology' email included the fact that she was hungry as an explanation of why she did an awful job representing my friend and why she ran away from court yelling "HATE ME!" to her client after court was over. DO NOT HIRE HER, you will be sorry! You are better off representing yourself than hiring her. Waste of money and time.

I hired Ceildh in 2016 until 2019 for a custody/access issue. at the start I was very pleased with work and availability. however after a couple months she had less and less time and attention to my file. we ended up at a court settlement conference and had a portion of a order put in place. Unfortunately it was below standard and agreement for child support higher than the tables. my income has went down and now im back in court to lower the amount she agreed to. a larger issue, I started to have issues paying my lawyer fees and she allowed me run a tab. a short time after the settlement she refused to work for me until I payed her a large amount that we agreed on and then make installments after that. I payed the large amount in under 30 days. however, despite the agreement she then continued to refuse to work until I payed the full amount. I chose to relive her of her duties and I paid her all she was owed, she stated she was proud with the settlement and her work she did

this woman ill have the law society after for her illegal practices. not in ur interest. hells finest. she didnt even do me wrong, but i seen what she did to one of my friends, claiming she served something she didnt. how u serve something without an affidavit of service? slow down ms henderson. ur paper trail game is weak

I spoke with many lawyers before I found Ceilidh. She was very supportive and patient in explaining the court process/procedures. I consulted with her throughout my case for legal advice. She is a good listener and kept me focused on the matters at hand as well. Very prompt at returning calls and availability to meet.I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Ceilidh henderson went above and beyond for me I was fighting an up hill battle I had not only the courts and other government agency’s and my child’s mother saying I was only going to get my child once a month well that’s not what I wanted I wanted to be in my child’s life week on week off and with the help, guidance and wisdom of Ms Henderson I got what I wanted and more we spent countless hours going over everything as my case was in Pembroke and she would have to drive to serve papers and all the legal paper work side that would cost me probably my left leg she showed me and trained me how to do it. It saved her a drive and charging me and saved me money so a win win she was compassionate, caring and very professional and listened and fought for my wants and needs I won my case and got to finally be back and involved in my child’s life again I owe everything I have to her she is an amazing lawyer if you want someone to go above and beyond I recommend her!

Do not use this lawyer. She was anxious, erratic, spoke over me often. Is very preoccupied with being paid and did not deliver when it came to actual work. She was often forgetful and even argued the other party's points for them (to my detriment) in court. To my horror she also forgot what we had discussed as our position prior to court sessions and would not ask for a recess (my request) even though I was whispering to her " hey I didn't agree to these terms, I don't agree with the other party. what are you doing? let's recap outside the courtroom first, etc. She damaged my position for no reason. Frustrating. Often I would write large portions of the drafts and she would perform mostly minor edits and then charged me for 'hours' worth of time for 'creating these' even though I had to send her new copies of things she lost and had to chase her for communication (she would contact me repetitively when it came to money though). She sells her image well but avoid at all costs!
