Shysters. They get paid to "investigate" for employers. Employers hire them when a worker complains. They come in and "investigate" so there's an on the record account for a judge if needed. Of course this account is purely one sided to protect the employer. No one learns to "investigate" in law school. Its a racket.

A back stabber. Rubin Thomlinson has the highest turnover rate I have ever seen. Its kind of sickening. Steer clear of this firm when looking for a job.
