Kim Howard has been turned into the Florida Bar for disciplinary action due to deceptive practices. She has hired an attorney for this matter...wonder why?!? Howard's response to the Florida Bar was to lie and lie often. I would not recommend hiring her as she is dishonest and can cause a complete disruption and loss of your case due to unethical practice.
In addition, she is one attorney working out of her home and does not have resources or help as most lawyers need such as a paralegal or assistant.
Howard has not upheld her oath to the Florida Bar and the courts in being truthful. Move on to another lawyer and check them out thoroughly.
