Steve Ballard of Cowley & Company worked so hard for me for 9 years on my very complex injury case against ICBC and 4 other driving parties, including an out of province driver.
Between 2011 and 2017, I was involved in 4 car accidents - drivers just seemed to want to be INSIDE my car with me, whether they came from the front, back, or either side! These accidents ended up causing serious and permanent damage to my body, mind, memory, emotional well being, and eventual collapse of my life and family. IT was spring of 2013 when i was first introduce to Cowley company Stephan Ballard became my lawyer for an injury i receive i a MVA from the get go he ashore me that was his specialty in dealing with ICBC and there lawyers .throughout my claim with ICBC i was kept inform by his assistant with the ongoing of my case with each specialist that ICBC wanted me to see he was up to speed with it i was sent to physiotherapy:s and a massage therapy;s as well as other specialist who are specialized in the type of injury i had.There was a period when i didn't hear from him then one day i receive a call that ICBC wanted to settle my case after his explanation he advice me that the figure they gave is very low to sit it out which i did sure enough a year later we came in with twice the figure that was offered i would referred Stephen to anyone with a case similar to mine no doubt he is quite capable of his work.
